Once we get over that first jolt of frustration there is light at the end of the tunnel. A cleanse is a great way to reset your body, and as I have recently experienced, most of the boundaries, in my case, are more mental than physical, as in things seem so much harder than they actually are.
I am very proud to say I'm on day 14 of a 21 day cleanse and I feel really, really, good. My biggest hurdle was to stop drinking alcohol, I have and active social life and I've been having at least 1 drink every night for a while now, so when I heard no drinking I did experience somewhat of a sinking feeling. I decided to not think about it and just DO IT. Like when I workout, I never think about the pain, I think about how good I feel after Im done (otherwise I'd probably workout a lot less). I feel lighter, clearer in my head, getting up in the morning is so much easier and to top it off I have lost 4 lbs!, absolutely worth it. I have this last week to go and then off to see my Dr to find out if the cleanse was effective and my sensitivities have subsided and the parasites have left.
