Textured Salad

1/2 cup organic romaine lettuce

1/2 cup organic beets (boiled)

1 organic beefsteak tomato

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup of mixed nuts (walnuts, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts)

1 tbsp of organic olive oil

Himalayan sea salt to taste

Crushed red peppers to taste

1/2 a lemon

Dice the tomato, cut the lettuce (per your taste) slice the avocado, quarter the beets,  add all items to a medium salad bowl, add peppers, salt, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.  ENJOY!!
