My Packages:

I offer 2 packages that last 3 and 6 months/ 6 and 12 sessions respectively . We meet twice a month via Practice Better or in person and sessions are 55 minutes long. You will have access to your session notes anytime and will be supported with recipes, life style recommendations, supplement recommendations and protocols. We will go over your food journal and make adjustments as we see fit. We will make gradual lasting changes that make sense and are above all effective.
